To ensure it is going to fit under low desks, we gave the DeskCycle the lowest pedal height of any commercial exercise bike currently available, we also included the same patented magnetic resistance mechanism as in our top end mini exercise bike “MagneTrainer”. This insures a smooth and quiet operation. Smooth pedal motion is healthy for your joints and won’t distract you from your work, a quiet operation ensures that you won’t disturb your co-workers; many inexpensive bikes use friction resistance which is noisy incessantly producing a jerky cycling motion which can be distractive. DeskCycle has the same patented magnetic resistance system as our MagneTrainer, but in a lower profile. The well built machine will provide provide years of operation. At the lowest level it takes no effort to pedal it. The pedal motion is bidirectional, which means you’ll be able to pedal it forward as well as in reverse. This permits you to work opposite muscle groups. It comes with the Large pedals with adjustable Velcro straps. It has 8 calibrated resistance levels. We also provide an online calorie calculator on the desk-cycle website. Note that the distance between the floor and the bottom of the desk will have to be at least 68 cm. Tall people can sit quite back will have to the desk and long legs combination impede cycling. The Desk Display Extension Kit is now included FREE with this product, the extension kit enables you to place your display on your desk even as exercising enabling you to monitor your exercise progress with ease.
